Rates: Casita Las Brisas is available by the week or weekend. High Season, April 1st to January 1st Day: $400 / two-day minimum. Week: $2350 / extra day $335. Month: $6000 / extra week $1500. Low Season, January 2nd to March 31st Day: $350 Week: $2000 / extra day $285 Month: $5000 / extra week $1250 OUR ALL-YEAR SPECIAL: Stay three days, get 50% off on the fourth day. Stay four days or more, get 50% off on the last day. Check-in time is Friday at 5 p.m. Let us know if you’re coming earlier or later and we may be able to accommodate you. Check-out time is 12 noon on the last day of your rental period.
